Chicken Subtraction

Three chickens...

 minus one chicken...

equals two chickens.

(Florida, the flying chicken, did come back.  As you might have guessed, there's no fence that can keep her in.  That's why, more often than not, she's standing in the middle of the road, pecking on asphalt.)
