Growing

The chicks are growing.

Now with wing, tail, and chest feathers.
The first seeds of the year have been started and are moving right along.

Sprouts--much quieter than chicks.
Bottoms are expanding.  How wide will they be after shearing day?

There's less room at the feeder these days.

Hazel is nearly bursting out of her sheep suit...

Hazel: all wool?
...and Theresa no longer looks like a lamb.  (Although sometimes she still acts like one.)

Theresa: looking like a big girl.

Henry cleaned Barack's stall without being asked.  Self-propelled cleaning is a first for this 6 year-old.

Volunteering to clean a stall?  Wow.

Elvira is growing friendlier.  In addition to peanuts, she now enjoys a good chest scratch.

She even wags her tail!

Floppy's comb really is growing back.

Barack O'Llama would like me to add that he is not growing.  He wants everyone to know that he puts a lot of effort into his physique.

Barack O'Llama, interrupted in his workout routine.
